Following requests from many clients, CDI has recently launched a new train-the-trainer "Advanced Skills Foundation Program" . The interactive training program is designed for coaches, instructors, facilitators, corporate trainers or any professional who would like to teach or facilitate coaching skills during the course of a training or leadership development program; or use a coaching approach in their own day-to-day work.

The three-day course scheduled July 21 to 23, 2010 in Calgary, Alberta will equip participants with the skills and the confidence to deliver a solid coaching program rooted in the CDI approach and methodology. In addition to acquiring new knowledge, participants will be asked to demonstrate skills learned by facilitating several mini lessons taken directly from the CDI Advanced Skills Training Program. In certain cases, the program may count as education credits which participants may apply toward International Coach Federation (ICF) accreditation.
