Myers- Briggs Type Indicator
The Myers- Briggs Type Indicator describes personality as our preferences for how we are energized (Extraversion and Introversion), how we take in information (Sensing or Intuition), how we make decisions (Thinking or Feeling), and how we choose to relate to the world (Judging or Perceiving).The concepts are useful to coach leaders who need to develop communication skills, productive work habits, and a focus on building a collaborative team.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator will:

- Anticipate another’s needs on the basis of personality type;
