President & CEO Diane Bonneau is a highly-skilled executive coach, professional mentor coach, facilitator and bilingual public speaker who is passionate about developing people for success. For over 15 years Diane has been challenging individuals, executives and teams to take risks, develop new skills and become more authentic leaders. She routinely works with fast-growing and newly-merged companies of all sizes in industries such as oil & gas, construction, building technology, academia, finance, insurance, and health and wellness.
Diane demonstrates her commitment to authentic leadership and lifelong learning through her extensive involvement in the coaching community. Not only is she a CoachU Certified Graduate, an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach, and a Professional Mentor Coach, she is also Past-President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and participates in various Global ICF Committees. Furthermore, as a member of the ICF Global Committee for Accreditation Diane participates in re-evaluating the current accreditation process. Based on Diane’s experience, when an individual gets promoted into a leadership position, personal and group dynamics may begin to shift. The individual promoted may hold certain preconceived notions about what it means to be a leader; they may feel overwhelmed. Former colleagues may not automatically see them as a leader, or may view them with a critical eye (“us” versus “them” mentality). After 12 years as VP of Operations for a successful commercial real estate development and management company in Alberta and British Columbia, five years at IBM, and a host of other corporate experiences, Jamie Anderson felt it was time to make a change. She began searching for an alternate way to contribute to both the people with whom she loved working and the companies for whom they worked – beyond a narrow, predominant focus on the “bottom line”. Her search led to what she feels is her true calling as a professional business coach. Jamie is a CoachU and Corporate CoachU graduate, was past Director of Membership for the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, has been involved in the ICF Credentialing Sub-committee, and is obtaining certification in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).Early on in her coaching career Jamie naturally worked with clients in the commercial real estate development industry: tenants, contractors and the people who service the industry. She observed that, like her, though many professionals and businesspeople were extremely successful according to world standards, some felt a sense of disappointment that they had not yet arrived at the place they thought hard work would take them.
Today, as part of the leadership coaching team at CDI, Jamie primarily coaches the person behind the title of “business owner” or “corporate leader”. Society places such strong emphasis on “having and achieving”. Jamie places strong emphasis on core values and working from that meaningful place. She supports clients in honouring who they really are so that they can act in ways that naturally fulfill them, and positively impact those around them. Clients find their coaching relationship with Jamie to be among their most trusted professional relationships.
